While Adventure was finalizing the brand, I was put to the task of design and development of the drinkbubblr.com website. We wanted a site that was easy to update and could eventually be handed off to another teammember to keep updated. I started this project off with a lot of research of the brand's competition, current market trends and future predictions, and gathered interesting website layouts. After researching, I sat down with a pen and paper and started sketching out a rough wireframes.
I was not a pro at developing new websites through Wordpress. Once I knew the general style and website functions I started researching again. I spent hours watching tutorial videos on Wordpress specific development/theme creation. I also sat down and made a few different variations of my own portfolio website during my time out of the office to get a handle on exactly what I needed to do with the Bubbl'r website. I learned a lot and eventually found an amazing theme that I could develop the site I wanted and was able to modify it easily.
Once the website was functioning properly I started developing the brand voice and wrote the content for the site.
We wanted the feel of the website to reflect the bubbly taste and flavors of the product. We also wanted it to keep the user intrigued with changing up the page layouts, while keeping the same grid structure.
The BUBBL'R website is fully responsive and includes product pages, drink mix'r ideas, and will soon have a social page displaying posts in a gallery style.
To up the hype of this project we put together launch kits for our distributors and shareholders. The launch kits included can koozies, all 5 flavors of BUBBL'R, branded linen bag to hold small materials, shirts, and a sell sheet. These were packaged inside of reusable wooden crates.
We needed a display that was easy to place in market and held all of the flavors.
